Extra virgin olive oil from the Sabina
Fruit of a thousand year old tradition, our olive oil is a completely natural product,
obtained from olive trees of the Carboncella and Frantoio varieties, harvested by hand
on our estate in the Nerola area and milled using the traditional cold-press method.
Its golden-yellow colour, with hints of green, its unmistakeable aroma of olives, and its light taste, make this an indispensable part of the Mediterranean diet.
